Mr. Surles  is a genius in his fields of expertise which include the performing of engineering design, construction administration, supervision of public construction projects; planning, programming and completing construction and maintenance of streets, alleys, sidewalks, public ways and buildings, parks, curb strips, trees, shrubs and public grounds; traffic engineering, contract specifications, inspections; preparation of departmental budget and of capital improvements; coordination of official transactions and contacts with agencies outside City government. Mr. Surles received his Bachelors of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering as well as Pavement Surface & Rating Training.  Mr. Surles has exceptional experience in the design and coordination of infrastructure projects for both municipal and private developments.
